Rain 5G (Good Speeds BUT no Customer Service) - Choose wisely

I have Rain 5G for a few months now, and i have been happy with the 5G speeds i have been receiving. Its a great alternative to fiber. The only problem that i have with Rain is their customer support. Its virtually non existent. There was a contact number at some point which is no longer available. If you have any issues you log a call online, get an automatic reference number and thats it. Although feedback is promised within 24 hours, none is received. Rains lack of support is going to be the downfall of the company.
