Rain 5g farce

Horrible payed for the 5g router, even though im in the center of the so called coverage zone i had no coverage I complained and asked then to refund me, they took so long to act, i finally get a response saying they stopped my account only to be billed again

RAIN is horrible to deal with and sell something they don't have 5G
