Rain 5G EXTREME BAD BILLING EXPERIENCE

Ever since I've joined rain I used it and paid well for the first 3 months with no issues and because it's prepaid and not a contract, I understood that you only get data enabled on your router when you've made payment. To my surprise when I didn't have money to pay for the following month, and their services were suspended on my end, I never had problems untill I got a bill of R559 for the month we're I was disconnected for not paying. 3 months later still haven't paid them my bill was over R2200 and still for services that I did not use. Now my bill is over R6500 and I'm still not using their services because it's prepaid and I'm no longer interested in using their services. Ive stopped my parents from using Rain after my experience of charges that I don't know why they exist if it's a prepaid plan and not a contract. I'm extremely disappointed in Rain and will NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER AND WITH RIDICULOUS CHARGES.
