Rain 5G - exceptionally poor service

Exceptionally poor service. I have 4 times this week kept waiting on a service call for more than 30mins. There is only music, and one has no idea how long it will take or where you are in the line. Furthermore their website says they are open to 8pm on weekdays, but if you call them after 5pm the message say you have reached them after office hours. My 5G or even 4G signal does not work in the evenings. It works only in the mornings.
