Dont lie every time same story no call back drop the line when i call and empty promises im so fed up with this and all my money down the drain with wifi that is a 0 out of 10

Dont even in 6month about 60 time i called reset moved the thing and did every thing and payed you told me 2 and then still no were oh sorry and a promise of a new router 6 weaks ago and then delivery today no thank you if anybody wants to waste there money with you thats just wat i did waste my money on the 1# bad brand

This is the most someone from rain spoke to me and i told them i want a refund for all my money wasted on this and what happend they droped my call didnt call back told me no mam 2-3 days new router wil be delivered 6 weeks later they were here and dit not help at all you wasted my day and money and now my time i buy more prepaid data then i use on my rain cant even get my work done its so bad need to be beside router so it can work you keep pretending to do your job and not doing anything

I paid for open wifi so meaning that i can use it every day with no problems and all i got was problems so i paid for wifi to work on and of as its not wat i paid for so i didnt get wat i paid for i was ****med paying for service i only received of and on do you think that is fair to pay for something but received something els

Oky so you said that i used date even if it was a bad network its fair and there is no hulp nice

And new router and a bag of problemes the passward on the back dont work

Called 5 times and 5 times they droped the line
