Rain Wifi has become so unbearable. With the many complaints on social media about them they seem to not be very phased in fixing their network issue. I've been struggling since the year started with their horrible network and I've complained multiple times. It's sort of like I'm using their wifi services for free and I pay a whole R570 every single month for their shifty network. They don't take customers seriously.
