Rain 5G down for almost 2 weeks not with no solution in site.

The 5G network has been having issues for 2 weeks now but when asking for an ETA for a fix they are unable to give you anything. The router does fall back to 4g, but it is not the same 4g you get with the normal routers and you are lucky to get even 500kbps. If I pay for 5G I expect 5G.

And how do you not have an ETA for a solution, surely if you are working on the problem you would know what is wrong and you would have some type of plan to get it fixed in a certain time frame. Or are you *********** assholes just waiting and hoping the problems will sort it self out.

Take this as a warning, do not trust rain with your money, they are useless. Even worse than telkom.
