Rain 5G does not work

We were happy with LTE Rain but since upgrading to 5G connectivity is a disaster. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone yesterday with a very polite lady and understood someone would come to assist us today with either a downgrade to LTE or sort out the 5G unfortunately when I called the call center there was an abrasive lady with no answer as to when someone would assist so I have no choice but to cancel. Rain LTE is reasonable, Rain 5G is a disaster and did not work for me, their maybe one day assistance is not specific and is not acceptable.
