Rain 5g do not like you to be able to contact them

I use Rain 58, 70% of the time they are ok, the other 30% not ok. My problem is that they do not want to be contacted for any form of query or complaint. To try to get some contact, I have at times even reverted to the sales request, they don't even reply to that, seems thay are not interested in sales.
