I placed an order for a home router on the 26th August 2022 at 7h00 and they clearly stated that it will be delivered within 5 business days. Today isbtheb6th business day I haven't received no call or email. I have called the support call center yesterday and today and no one has no response for me. Two colleagues of mine placed an order last month and it was delivered to them within 3 business days. I guess their orders were processed quicker because they were white and as a black person Rain has no urgency to deliver mone

Emails have been sent to your logistics department since Wednesday and they haven't even bothered to respond back. It's either I get my router today or you will refund me my money by COB today
