Rain 5G Customer Service Poor
No customer service. Waiting for 4 days now for someone to call me. I subscribed to the Rain 5G 2 weeks ago. Struggling with internet. When you phone their number, they say they don't take calls, mails or chats. Log a ticket and they will get back in 24-48 hours. Unacceptable. Want to cancel subscription.
