Rain 5G contract cancellation is an impossible and infuriating experience- 10/10 would not recommend

I cancelled my contract with Rain in February 2023. Rain continued to debit my account monthly after the original cancellation date, reason being the sim was not cancelled!! Multiple calls later, it is now the 1st of July and my account is still being debited and I am still fighting with Rain to cancel my account, never mind the fact that they are *****ing money from my account, under the pretence that they are responsible for collecting the router as it belongs to them.. This has been thee most frustrating experience.
