Rain 5G Connection very bad

I have just cancelled my rain 5G. Internet is very slow and the downtime is just too much. Its very frustrating. Called call centre a number of times, all they tell you is switch off and on the router, facing it in the direction of the nearest rain site. But it doesn't improve. In August I lost US$14000 when internet suddenly disconnected when I was in the middle of doing a switch. When it came up after 5 minutes it was too late. I do online exams these days and I cant rely on their internet, and the cost of doing backups using other networks renders this product useless to me. I give up
