Rain 5G connection down for days.
Been without connection for days but paying for the service. Long waiting periods to talk to a consultant when a consultant eventually answers the call, it just goes dead on their side. Will probably end up without connectivity this festive weekend as Rain has no urgency when it comes to customers. Pathetic!

Not sure why i cannot be connected to another tower in my area. I phoned later the day and was told by your consultant that my case would be highlighted and the department would be in contact with me so i can be connected. Still waiting on that phone call/email.
