Rain 5G Cancellation taking too long.

I've had countless problems with my internet, my internet has been down, I try to get hold of a Rain representative, no answer, send emails about my internet problems, I get no reply and when I do, they tell me to move my device outside...It's been outside since day 1.

I've recently canceled my Rain, but you can't just cancel, you have to wait for a representative to contact you within 24 hours, but this was a week ago and still no word from Rain. I had to get another internet provider due to my internet being unstable, I work from home and can't afford to be offline.

I've had good internet speeds with rain, even though it only lasted an hour or two, I wish them nothing but the best, but I'd like to continue working without any interruptions.
