Rain 5g cancelation and debit issue

I have had the worst experience with this provider. I had requested my refund and sent back the 5g device. I got my refund on the 30th of April but then rain debited my account on the 1st of May. Why is my account even still active when I requested it be canceled. There is no way to cancel from my side on their site so now am going to be continually be debited because the customer service is poor. No one responds to my emails I have continually been sending for a while now.
