Rain 5g cancelation

My device has no network since 07 December 2021 and Rain said it their towers and there is nothing they can do, so I told them to cancel their Rain 5g and they said someone will call me and no one has called me. I don't want their service anymore cause the network issue is happening every month. They must just cancel it immediately.
