RAIN 5G bad customer care services.

Hi, I placed an order on the 28/04/2022 and made payment but today is day 5 (06/05/2022) and still no delivery. And the T&C's said 3 to 5 working days for delivery. When I called support the call prompt 1 keeps on hanging and no answer. So i called sales depart call prompt 2 of no. ***, finally when someone answer then i explained the situation they revert me back to support call prompt 1......... again no answer just music playing. I have send numerous emails to cancel the contract and refund but no reply......... Very very bad customer care.
