Rain 5G Bad Bad Bad

This company is undoubtedly the worst service provider I've ever had the experience of trying to do business with. Trying as I've ordered the new 5G router... 1stly having an issue to try and register on the site which didn't allow me to use my ID number and I had to alternate in using my passport that has expired 2 years ago. Having said that, the messages I received via SMS instructed me to keep my green barcoded ID and proof of address as the courier company would be doing the Rica part of the application. Nevertheless I had all documents and as the courier wanted to Rica they requested my passport... I explained and was told to call rain and correct my details and the router will be re-delivered later. Two weeks had gone by, I've paid for the router and no router... Endless and endless calls to rain and another R200 off my prepaid calls and R699 for router and still no router... Eventually I spoke to one soul that should be commented for her approach and assistance I got it canceled. People!!! Stay away from Rain 5G...worst company ever and I even spoke to the CTO... Just as pathetic for an executive. You should be ashamed asshole
