So this internet provider is starting to get me angry like never before! We pay for a service and the service they cant deliver! Increasing of monthly premie! But still useless like always! Call the call center and all they tell you is to restart your router and reset the router!(Thats every time when i phone what they say would help to solve the probleme) Bull **** this is one of the providers i would say- stay away from this useless ****. Stil im sitting with the probleme and stil nothing is being done to solve the probleme? So whats going on with rain? Im so close to cancel with them im just waiting for 1 more probleme to shine then im done! This wil be and wil stay one of south africa's most useless network providers

Problem???? Wifi show connected then after 5sec is says no data connection! When doing a speed test you get the best of best downloading speed 0.10 mbs and uploading speed 0.08 mbs???? Not even fiber beat this useless ****!
