RAIN 5G are ******** Customers

I had Rain 5G prepaid for over 2 years and paid the bills each month. 3 months ago I told rain that I no longer needed their service and asked them to come and collect their router. But surprise, surprise they have not come and have continued to bill me for a service that is off and am no longer using. I don't have a contract with Rain and I have been left frustrated trying to convince them that they cannot bill me for a service that is supposed to be month to month.
