RAIN 5G AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I am starting to experience the worst customer service from Rain , I would advise people not to take up the 5G, Its a complete a complete ***** the signal for star is completely poor and inferior , secondly I tried upgrading from the standard package to Premium , I have logged more than 30 tickets with customer helpdesk , No one has responded regarding the delivery of the router. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO BACK UP SUPPORT , YOU MUCH BETTER OFF WITH TELKOM
