Rain 5G absolute waste of time and money

I should’ve read all the reviews before I bought my Rain 5G router, which was delivered to me on the 12th of February. It is now the 5th day of having a product that I cannot use due to pure incompetence. You can’t speak to anyone in technical support, which is a red flag already. And every time I phone I am offered a different story. Absolutely appalling service. I very much regret my purchase!!!!
