Rain 5G a ****!! Disgusting!!!!

Terrible service. Complete customer *******. Rain sent me emails several times indicating they have 5G coverage in my area. After ordering the device and paying my hard earned money, I only then get told that the tower is has been down so I’m paying for nothing!!!!. It’s been three weeks since I got the device and when I enquire they say the do not have timelines as to when the tower will be fixed.

This is complete ******* I am paying for a service I have not received!!!! Why would you approach customers to join your service whereas you know your service is currently down!!! This is completely ********* and disgusting to say the least.
