Rain 5G a ****!

No service from Rain. logged a support ticket a week ago. no one contacted me yet. Internet speed started off great and deteriorated daily. There is no contact centre, you log a ticket online then no one gets back to you, very angry with myself for cancelling my previous ISP. I really wanted to give their 5G that they advertise so well a go. But I will warn everyone I see about them , it's ****!
