RAIN 5G

VERY UNHAPPY. My support ticket regarding slow 5G internet has been open since last week with no success. I'm paying for premium service and getting very slow speeds. It states an Avg of 200Mbps and I am not even getting 10Mpbs when it works. My connection dropped last night and does not want to restore.
