Rain 5G

Rain 5g has been down for days... I'm not even getting 4g, rain claims the 5g premium package is 200Mbps but I'm only getting less then 10Mbps, now I do understand that maybe it's where I positioned the device but when I try calling rain network there support service is pathetic, I've emailed them numerous times and each time they send a reply saying "an agent will reply as soon as possible" I've emailed them over 6 times over a week ago and till today there's no reply
