Rain 5G is useless!!!! From the beginning we just have **** with this provider! My wife took a rain package and ask them directly (sales agent) that she want a 100Mbs line because the other stuff wont work for us. Since they delivered the useless router we are paying for a *** service!!!! The sales agent take a 60Mbs and not even a 100Mbs. Then after the service is poor. I would recommend to stay away from this provider and dont buy anything from them. The router is the same as their services and its totally useless. There are recordings where my wife asked for a 100Mbs and then they decides to give a 60Mbs? Noooooo this rain must close down its like the goverment full of *******ion

Because youre services is not up to standard.
Cancellation fee my ass
Take me to court please and we see what happens?
If you pay for something you must get the service for the money! And what do you guys do? Selling and provide bad services to customers?
So the out standing amount? Do me a favour and double it or x9
