Still have no internet connection, it has been 3 days it says connected but no internet, logged numerous tickets and even contacted them on FB, they asked for my details on FB after I gave it to them, then they said sorry it's the 4g department they will forward my complaint to the 5g department, but still nothing, and now they ignoring me on FB, this is really really really bad!!!
