Rain 5G

I have been reading all the bad reviews for Rain. I wish I did this before I subscribed and paid on 30 April 2020. Absolutely no response from them after logging 6 complaints on the customer care link. Surely there must be some legal recourse. I logged onto my account and it indicated I've used 4G- this without me even being connected
