Rain 5g

Im very dissatisfied with rain at the moment I have ordered their 5 g but upon looking at my delivery adress i noticed i made a mistake as to i wanted them to deliver it to my work because it will be just easier

Somehow through all the madness i realised i mixed up my work adress and my residential adress

I have tried contacting rain through mutliple channels but not one has responded

I cant get hold of them

I know its the silly season but really there must be some type of customer service

It seems like they are a bit lacking on that side

Guys i give customer service lessons on sundays

I paid you your money and now they dont care
