RAIN 5G

We recently received our 5G rain package and my word it has been absolutely terrible, apart from waiting 1 week for delivery, this is really not good service and yet we paid in advance, so basically paid for **** internet services!!!! Theres always limited service, yet as soon as 5G was placed in our area rain was very quick to send us an alert. Very unhappy about this will be cancelling soon for a full refund as we did not get the pleasure of using 5G as stated on their website.
