Rain 5G

I was on a Rain 4G unlimited plan and decided to upgrade to the 5G home basic plan. It was essentially a downgrade, internet connection is less reliable, struggling to stream at 240p without frequent buffering and although I'm in an area covered by 5G, I always struggle to find a good connection. This is definitely a ****, their customer support is non-existent. People on social media, including friends on the same plan, constantly complain about it but nothing seems to change. I do not recommend this service!
