Rain

This is a horrible horrible service. We are due a refund and it has been more then 3 months. Each time I call they literally tell me it has been escalated or it has been handed over to the team but I can assure you they do not help you. After doing some research I've realized that absolutely no one gets any refunds from them. After I spoke to them yesterday I was told I now owe them double the amount I was suppose to be refunded for. Don't ever use rain
