I am disappointed at Rain,I did the application and I was told and convinced that there is a 5G tower but since this rooter was delivered there’s no internet connection,every time I call I’m told different stories on which tower I’m connected to,or it is being maintained. I have requested refund because I did not use their service. The call centre does not help in any way. All they do is tell u to reset the device. This is the reference I was given *** for my final cancellation and refund.

20 May 2023, 20:38I just want to cancel I already made alternative plans so that I’m able to work and watch tv. I cannot be doing one thing for 2weeks. What was the purpose of the technician coming if I’m still going to be assisted over the phone. He showed me there’s no coverage.
