RAIN

I have cancelled my service since the 26th of January. Submitted my ticket and everything. End of Jan and Feb Rain deducted money for a service that has been cancelled. I have 5 open tickets and no one has phoned me back. Router was collected on the 12th of march and still they are deduction money. I have had endless problems with this provider since the first activation. This is ridiculous,
