Rain 5 G worst wi-fi around
Rain 5 G - Biggest mistake I made moving away from Fiber. Rain 5G tower 600m away from my house but off more than on. Call center clueless, all I get is "we will escalate to advanced dept", yet the tower stays faulty. Even when my router is active, it shows my device is off line.
I would think twice before considering Rain 5G. Nothing but disappointments so far. Oh yes, first router (out of the box) had to be exchanged as it was faulty...... Month end I am giving notice of cancellation, never again Rain.......

Guess what, there was no load shedding at the time..... Please note our 5G is still down, not sure what these so called technicians are doing.... Please stop replying here, reply in public, you have lost a customer and are embarrassing yourselves in the market.

14 Jan 2024, 08:38Today we are back to the last scenario. Rain had "senior engineers" working on the last problem. We are without internet for past 3 days in Glenmarais Kempton Park . I cant even log a ticket online because there is one posted in past 24hrs. Last time I logged a ticket was in November....... Rain still worst in our books. So says all my neighbours experiencing the same poor service as well.....

Yet nothing is done about "the tower". All we get are apologies, no action. Will watch my account, hopefully a credit can come my way again for downtime.
Let see what generic apology you come back with this time round..... It is also clear this forum doesn't help, same poor service delivery continues, I will no longer post here, but will step it up to a platform where something is actually done.
