Rain 5 g fibre

I think rain is a very bad experience for me. The customer's service is the worst. I stopped the month to month contract i had with Rain in Dec 2021. January 2022 they duducted money from my account after i spoke with a consultant about canceling my contract. I have sent them more than 1 Email to stop the service and to come fetch their rputer box ,but got no reply and once again they deducted moneh from my acount. I am struggling to get ahold of the people and when i do , the service is so bad and some of the consultants are very rude. I want my momey back !!
