Rain 4G/5G customer support is *******

My 4G has been unusable for a week now. I opened just about 2 tickets every day and this is followed by rain sending an automated email saying help is on the way and an agent will contact me, but they never did. I tried phoning their customer care which just rings forever and ever with no answer. I am a youtuber and I rely on a stable internet connection. I had none. no response from rain and as such I am left in the dark. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional. We also have a Rain 5G at our other address but apparently rain just don't care how mush money you spend, if they don't feel like helping then thats just too bad for you!
