RAIN 4G Uncapped Disconnected,Support People Clueless.left stranded

I subscribed for a 4G uncapped, 26 days ago. What a hell of a journey it's been. They disconnect my services between 18-22pm ,logged a query they sorted that for few days and started again. Now i have been completely disconnected from the internet it's been 3 days. The support line is clueless they are only limited to the knowledge of APN settings (which is not the problem in this case). Been sitting without internet connection, the support does not respond to my queries anymore. My advise to those attracted by RAINS adverts and considering to move over to them is JUST STAY WHERE YOU ARE FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND. Rain will drain you emotionally and financially. I miss my AFRIHOST.
