RAIN 4G SPEEDS and contact info via the phones not email

I was very pleased initially when I received my new 19Hour tariff sim card. we had excellent speed, but that lasted only for a day. I took the 19 hour package above the unlimted deal because of the higher speed. But now the speed is so slow, only getting like 0.2 and 1.5 on the speeds. Not what I signed up for. Today my son complains that the wifii is just siezing at regular times during his online studying with the campus. I cannot get a contact number for Rain to speak to them and sort out. I have emailed them but no repsonse till date....
