Rain 4G speed is very bad

Oh my Gosh, I just bought the service yesterday and the connection is slow on 4G, I instantly regret wasting my money. I cant hardly browse and even watching someones status on Whatsapp is incredibly slow. On the Rain site is shows there is coverage but damn.
