Rain 4G speed hoax

I have rain 4G, for couple of months now - use to have 3.6 Mbps down and 0.8 up, past two weeks only 1.1 down. I have read article in Business News how proud Rain CEO is about customer growth and the expected to have 1 million customers in 3 years. This goal will now be achieved in the next few months. So they get the income from the customers but cannot upgrade their networks at the same speed resulting in the existing users not getting what we are paying for. Mr CEO - as always greed will be the downfall of you - you will be no exception to the rule. I will end my contract with you and go somewhere else.
