Rain 4g Slower than 1mbps in Cape Town

I live in Cape Town. The speed of Rain is impossible to work with. Less than 1 mbps. So I'm paying R479 for the uncapped 4g service, and I can't use it. It's impossible to communicate with Rain. When and if they reply, it's inappropriate.

Rain Internet ServiceMy down speed is 0.09 consistently. And I'm expected to pay R479 pm for this. This is using Rain 4g in Cape Town.
