RAIN 4G Sim is a ****
Seems like rainsa doesn't have a support or customer service department. The 4G network only works 10% of the time and mostly at night. Not advisable to use them for internet especially if you have work to do online cause you won't get anything done. Have not been able to connect since morning and worse thing you can't even get hold of them. Had to buy telkom data for my mobile to even write this message which I doubt will make any difference.

10 Jul 2020, 15:40Despite giving them my details on Hellopeter, Instagram, Twitter as they requested. No one bothered to contact me 48 hours down the line to resolve my network. You are clearly setting a new benchmark for mediocre customer service. I'm done and will not be using you guys anymore and will warn others not to consider you.
