I activated my rain 4g SIM card they claim the first 7days are free once you pay R479 I paid and tried using their services the network is very slow and bad signal hence I need to cancel ,Now I cancelled the sim online as per their instructions but to date I am not getting my refund ,what a bunch of bogus advertising I want my money refunded immediately so that I can sign up with another service provider that actually works ......
