Rain 4G - Pathetic

We have had Rain 4G for almost a year now, and oh my, what a *** year it has been. From 0.08 mbps download speeds, to no help from the call centre (a technician will call you, apparently... Still waiting dor THAT call...) Wow, you would think that in a era where internet is a necessity for working these days, that they would up their game, being the new kid on the block and all, to blow the competition out of the water. Nope, nothing like that. Well, thank you for wasting our time and money (not just the subscriptions, but spending money on external antennas to try and better the reception). Never in my life will i ever refer anyone to you guys. Pathetic. Pity we can't put 0 stars.....
