Rain 4G - Non-service provider

For potential users thinking of using Rain4G/Rain5G data network - be careful as they are non-service providers who will bill you for monthly usage although you not connected to the network. I effected payment in November 2022 and upon not connecting to the network - Rain support indicated that the sim was de-activated as I last used it in February 2022. They then proceeded to charge for December 2022 whilst the sim was still de-activated. Ayanda, from support - you indicated that the call was recorded, thus I'm so glad that my account with Rain have been cancelled on the 25/10/2023. Good way to milk customers out of the money without providing a service. Stay or move to Vodacom. Ashorgan Govindasamy
