Rain 4G network issues and poor customer service.

I've been having a lot of network issues this Month alone with rain. the half of this month I had no internet connection. As it is now I have no internet access. I've spent over a R100 calling them to ask for assistance. And it has been really poor. Right now it's either I will not pay for their services anymore or cancel my subscription. Plus I am not willing to pay yhe full amount for this kind of poor service
