Rain '4G' Makes Telkom 3G Connections Feel Like a World-Class Fibre Connection

If I could give this company 0 I would. From day ONE there has been problems with them. The connection is ALWAYS slow, support does not BOTHER to get back to you, but yet they expect you to pay for these sub-2G speeds they call 'LTE'. Then they want to roll out 5G, when they are not even at 3G speeds yet? I think they best rather work on the 2G speeds they claim to be LTE.

It has now been 5 days since I logged a ticket. Nothing. No response whatsoever. I SERIOUSLY thought Telkom was the worst of the worst when it comes to ISPs, but seriously, Rain LTE makes Telkom look like world-class Fibre.

I am with them for just 2 weeks now, but they can consider my subscription cancelled. I will be sure to make it VERY clear to people asking for ISP recommendations to stay FAR FAR FAR away from Rain specifically.
